Hotel Accommodations A block of rooms has been reserved at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis for the nights of Sunday, May 21, 2006 – Thursday, May 25, 2006. The discounted room rate is the prevailing government per diem at $101.00 per night. The 14.866% room sales tax is not included in this rate. The hotel will extend the group rate three days before and three days after the meeting dates, based strictly on availability. Reservations Reservations must be made individually by calling 1-800-325-7353 or 314-241-9500. Please reference the “Rapid Response Summit” in order to receive the room block rate of $101.00 per night. You may also make reservations using an on-line reservation system set up for our group. Please note, the Millennium Hotel does not accept debit/check cards at check-in. Only credit cards or cash will be accepted for room payment/incidentals. Government employees using a government-issue credit card may claim tax-exempt status. The hotel will provide a form that must be completed at check-in. Parking Vehicle parking is available at a garage across the street, which is directly connected to the hotel by an underground walkway. The hotel is offering guests registered under the Rapid Response Summit a discounted rate of $8.00 per day on the Black Level, based on availability. Registered guests have unlimited in-and-out privileges. Hourly parking rates apply for those who are not overnight guests of the hotel, up to $16.00 maximum for the day. Early bird parking is available at $5.00 per day for those who enter the lot by 9:00 am and exit between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
